2. Do I need to be a registered member to access the List Manager?
Yes, you need to be a registered member to be able to access and use the List Manager.
3. What is its main advantage?
The List manager allows you to know the exact number of invitees, who have responded and the number of invitees who are due to respond. The user can also view the number of outsiders or non-invitees who have responded to the survey.
4. What is the Invitee Report?
The invitee report allows you to know who among your invitees have answered the survey and who have not answered.
5. What is the Respondent Report?
The respondent report allows you to know the total number of persons who have answered your survey and the number of persons who are not invitees and have yet answered the survey.
6. Can I know the details of the persons who have responded to my survey?
Yes, you can know the details by clicking on the More Details link in the List Manager page.
7. Do I have the facility to follow up on my respondents?
Yes, you have the facility to send a follow up mailer to those who have not answered your survey.
8. Do I have the facility to follow up with multiple respondents?
Yes, you can send follow up mails to multiple respondents by using the “Follow Up All” option. This option allows you to send mails to all your respondents at just one click.
