If you are a first time user, you can sign up on our Basic Package, which is absolutely free and will give you a feel of using ezquestionnaire.com.

If you are familiar with online survey tools and are ready to use ezquestionnaire, then the Premium Package can assist you with getting started with your survey.

If you are Corporate with more than one user, the Corporate User Package would suit the needs of your company.

If you are from a school board, a student, a Politician or from any NGO, please sign up on the Non-Profit User Package. We here at V-empower, offer this package at a reduced cost as a gesture of extending our support to your cause.

Once you have selected the package that suits you best,

Select a display user name
Select the email account you would like to use to send your survey
Determine your target audience list and upload the list (See Online Demo)
Determine if you would like to conduct an email based survey or a web based survey

Next…go ahead and create your own survey.

Don’t have a survey questionnaire??...Don’t panic!!

Ezquestionnaire.com has a Questionnaire Library with a variety of questionnaires for commonly surveyed topics. You have the flexibility of selecting the most suitable questions and add, delete or edit questions to customize your survey as per your need.

Once your questionnaire is complete you can publish it as an open survey on our website and we will invite all our registered users to complete the survey.
