Survey results can be viewed in our Reports section and can be downloaded in CSV format (usable by Excel, SPSS, and similar programs). We also provide the option to download two different tabulations of the data, in order to facilitate analysis.

Survey creators must be running a version 4.0 or higher browser (Netscape or Microsoft), with JavaScript and Cookies enabled. Survey respondents need only a web browser, which supports forms (all modern browsers, including Mosaic, Netscape, Microsoft IE, Opera, Lynx, and Mozilla are included).
16. What question types should I use?
The simplest types of data to analyze are those, which have one and only one answer to each question. The question types, which resemble that, are multiple-choice with single answer, and drop-down box.
17. How many answer choices should I give?
You should provide flexibility to respondents while making the data useful to you. Most people are used to responding to between three and six choices on a multiple-choice question. If you give too many options, respondents may not give optimal answers. Similarly, giving too few options will also not attract good and intelligent answers. Studies show that people are more likely to give you fully completed surveys if there is a "none of the above" or "no opinion" choice on multiple-choice questions. This way, your data is more likely to give an accurate picture of the situation. (For example: if you give only two choices in a political poll, you could get misleading responses from third-party respondents).

If your survey has only few questions, it would be a good idea to keep them all on one page. Experts have found that response rates are highest when respondents have to make the fewest number of clicks to finish. 21. How does Desktop Application work? Premium, corporate and Non-Profit users can logon to their accounts and download the Desktop Application by clicking on the ‘Desktop Application button’. The downloaded file gives you access to the survey compilation application. Once you have completed your survey, an xml file will be generated, that can be uploaded to user survey list when you next connect to the internet.
