3. What Survey topics are acceptable?
Surveys, which are abusive or pornographic in nature, will not be published. Surveys, which hurt the sentiments, religion or culture of any community, will not be entertained.
4. Will my Surveys be reviewed or scrutinized?
Yes, the EZquestionnaire.com team will review your Survey to ensure that it conforms to the rules and regulations governing the Survey publishing process of EZquestionnaire.com. The publishing of the Survey will be at the sole discretion of EZquestionnaire.com and company V-Empower, Inc.
5. How is the review conducted?
After you fill out the forms to create your Survey, the EZquestionnaire.com staff will review your Survey -- ensuring quality. Surveys must be thoroughly researched and contain appropriate contact information for the Author and Survey targets. EZquestionnaire.com reserves the right to reject any Survey for any reason thereof. You must guarantee to deliver the Survey, and not use the Survey signatures for purposes other than the Survey itself. We attempt to review all Surveys within 7 days of submission. You will be notified via email when the review has been completed.
6. What sort of information can I collect from Survey signers?
You may ask respondents for just about any information. You will be emailed a private URL to access Survey response data before the close of the Survey. However, we do NOT release email addresses or street addresses to Survey authors. If the Survey target requires this information for validation purposes, we will provide the information on a case-by-case basis.
7. How long will my Survey stay online?
Surveys may be listed for up to one month (30 days). If a Survey has not received a considerable amount of responses within that period, it may be removed to make space for Surveys with a larger backing. However, the duration of the Survey may be extended depending upon the response it receives. Premium and corporate customers can leave their surveys published for any length of time.

Do a lot of research! It takes work to create a good Survey. Please make sure you have all the information you need before you start to fill in the form. Incomplete forms will not be reviewed

10. What format of data is expected for the import option to work?
If you are importing data from a .CSV file, we recommend you edit the .CSV file in a program like Microsoft Excel and change the field names to match EZquestionnaire.com's field names exactly as shown below. Be sure to save your file as a .CSV file before importing it into your EZquestionnaire.com Address Book.
