EZquestionnaire.com provides a comprehensive service in Online Survey Creation, where we help the user/client create a “Complete Survey” as per the specification and requirement of the client and provide the reports generated thereby.

Eligibility for the “Complete Package”

Any existing www.EZquestionnaire.com’s registered member or any new user can avail the services under “Complete Package”.  

Getting started with “Complete Package”

If you are an existing member of www.EZquestionnaire.com and a paid user, after paying your monthly subscription you are eligible and can avail the services by clicking on “Complete Package”

If you are a new user, first you need to get registered under any of the paid packages, and after paying your subscription amount you can avail the services by clicking on “Complete Package” 

Pricing for “Complete Package”

The pricing at www.EZquestionnaire.com is competitive and affordable. Once you (as the client/user) provide us the details on the survey to be done; thereby we initiate the survey creation process and accordingly provide the reports to you. Initially US$ 25 is charged for a
10 question survey and for every extra 5 questions US$10 is charged.

The procedure for “Complete Package” creation:

• Step-1: To avail the ‘Complete Package’ first you need to pay an initial amount of US$10
• Step-2: You as the client/user should give us the detailed information about the survey needed (E.g.: Survey type, targeted audience, number of questions, list of recipients etc)
• Step-3: Should provide us the list of targets (Intended Recipients) to whom the survey is to be sent
• Step-4: On receipt of the above info, we initiate the process of developing the survey as per the clients specifications/requirements
• Step-5: Once our expert professionals create the survey it is kept in the inactive survey mode
• Step-6: Here, the client has to review the survey created (kept under the inactive mode)
• Step-7: Once the client approves the survey created he/she should click on the publish button
• Step-8: Clicking on the publish button leads to the payment page for the final payment (P.S.: The client is billed based on the number of survey questions created and other criteria as/if specified)
• Step-9: When the client makes the payment, an e-mail is triggered to the Customer Support Personnel, who then starts sending the survey questionnaire to the target audience (Intended Recipients)
• Step-10: After few days (Based on the clients feedback and the survey response received), the report is generated and presented to the client

Please Note:

• If client wants to have a new survey in the same month he/she has to follow the above steps once again.
  
• If client wants to have a new survey in some other month he/she has to pay again and subscribe for the service.
